Case study / web + interactive technology
One launch, two ways in: a working website before the event and a custom AI photo experience inside it.

The need
A new coworking community needed a clear online path from interest to registration. Its launch also needed something guests could take part in, share, and remember.
I connected those needs through a public website and its operating workflows, plus a physical photo experience that turned a guest capture into an AI-generated image and a printed keepsake.
My contribution
01
Designed and built JoinTheWarehouse.com as part of contract work with 241 Members. The site gave a new coworking community a place to explain its offer and route people into registration.
02
Owned the payment, database, and automated email workflows behind that public path, connecting a visitor action to the follow-up the team needed.
03
Designed and built a stand-and-TV photo booth, then integrated camera capture, an AI image model, and a printer into one guest-facing experience.
Technical judgment
The website had to carry a visitor from discovery into payment and a reliable follow-up. The booth had to carry a guest from camera capture through image processing to a physical print. I treated each as a connected workflow, including the screens and hardware a person would actually encounter.
Similar brief?
I work on event websites, registration systems, AI-powered guest experiences, and the integrations between them.
